Coverage of all the action in the main Castle Arena, will stream throughout the day, from 7.30am on Wednesday 11th May until the end of the final class on Sunday 15th May. The newly enhanced 4* competition status for both the international showjumping and driving competitions, along with exceptional dressage performances and equestrian displays, are amongst the highlights that have enticed the world’s best equestrian athletes to the Horse Show in 2016. The streamed coverage will also feature the fantastic display acts that will be taking to the Castle Arena throughout the week. Highlights include the Musical Ride of the Household Cavalry, the Shetland Pony Grand National and the DAKS Pony Club Mounted Games, which amongst the other events scheduled, will provide entertainment for the whole family.

No fewer than five Olympic gold medallists will be competing in the international showjumping classes, including reigning World and European Champion, Jeroen Dubbeldam, fellow Olympic individual gold medallist Rodrigo Pessoa, and Peter Charles, member of the Team GB gold medal winning team at London 2012. With 13 countries represented, the live streaming will allow fans from all over the world to support their home favourites.

Amongst the selection of national and international showjumping competitions due to be available via live streaming, are Saturday’s CSI4* Kingdom of Bahrain Stakes for The King’s Cup and Sunday’s CSI4* Grand Prix for The Kingdom of Bahrain Trophy, both of which are set to be outstanding displays of sporting action as some of the world’s most esteemed riders look to kick the summer grass jumping season off in style as they seek to impress the Olympic selectors ahead of Rio.

There will also be exciting action from the dressage arena as some of the sport’s world-class riders will take part in the National Dressage Grand Prix Freestyle invitational competition on Wednesday 11th May.

All eyes will be on Olympic favourite and reigning world champion, Charlotte Dujardin, who will be returning to the iconic Castle Arena, riding the stunning chestnut gelding, Barolo. Joining Charlotte in the elite event will be Carl Hester, riding his top horse, Nip Tuck, a combination looking to repeat last year’s triumphant performance which saw them score an impressive 75.38%. Michael Eilberg, part of the silver medal winning 2015 European Championship team with Charlotte and Carl, will be adding to the excitement around this Grand Prix Freestyle event.

Leading the commentary team are former Olympic show jumper and renowned commentator, Steven Hadley, and International Grand Prix rider, Judy Harvey, who will be heading up the dressage webcast commentary team.
