Herzruf’s Erbe retired from the sport
German dressage rider Ulla Salzgeber announced on her facebook page that she retired her top horse Herzruf’s Erbe from the sport.

Ulla wrote the following words to her and ‚Herzi’s“ fans:
Hello and good evening into the big wide world.
„It’s time to say good bye“
After long and thoughtful consideration we decided to retire Herzi, my current top horse, from the sport.
I never would have thought that Herzi would find his way back into the international arena after his break on the same Hungarian field where Rusty enjoyed his retirement. But we made that and so much more possible and I am incredibly grateful for this unique horse.
Herzi, enjoy your retirement – you deserve it!
I have some pictures for you from today – he is enjoying it!
Ulla Salzgeber and the 16 year old offspring of Herzruf x Caletto I celebtrated victories in Neumünster, Lyon, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, München-Riem, Fritzens, Bremen and Donaueschingen and finished third at the FEI World Cup™ Final in Leipzig 2011.
