The gates of the Niedersachsenhalle will soon be opened for the Verden May Auction. On Saturday, May 9, the Hannoveraner Verband will present 73 riding horses for all demands.
A selection of outstanding foals, born from January 1 to March 31, will enrich the collection.
The auction on Saturday afternoon will be opened by a particularly shining horse personality: The darling of the 2013 Hanoverian Stallion Licensing, Finest by Fürstenball, will show up in the Niedersachsenhalle. And for good reason: The typey black stallion celebrated an exemplary breeding debut. He is the stallion represented by the greatest number of progeny at this May Auction. 10 of his offspring will be put up for auction, followed by the sire Livaldon with six foals.
The collection features 62 youngsters, 34 colts and 28 fillies by 36 different sires who are known for outstanding performances in international dressage and show jumping sport. The daughter by the World Champion Desperados FRH, Daria, will be for sale, just as two progeny by the top stallion De Niro. Zack and Vivaldi contribute international bloodlines. Balou du Rouet, Stolzenberg and Stakkato are exemplary show jumping sires, producing outstanding offspring for the show jumping course. And the dams also guarantee high performances: The dam of Varus, Donata by Verdi, was a successful advanced level jumper herself, Silas by Stakkato/Raphael is half brother of the approved Lamberk, Claude by Canstakko/Vento is out of the same dam as Coeur de Cento.
The foal collection will be available online on Monday, April 20, including pedigrees, photos and video clips. Please click on www.hannoveraner.com to find all information on the foals required. The foal brochure will be published on Monday, April 27 and will be available with the auction office. The foals will have their first public presentation on Saturday, May 9, as of 10.30 am. The auction will start as of 3.00 pm. The attractive collection of foals will be put up for auction in chronological order of numbers after the auction of riding horses. Training will start on April 27.
