The famous horse race The Grand National, which is held at the Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool (GBR), cost yet another horse’s life.
The six year old Seedling, who was a novice hurdler, fell and somersaulted over the second to last fence during the Mersey Novices Hurdle race and died instantly.
The Grand National has been questioned and criticized for years. Animal rights activists claim that 40 horses have died in the race since 2000.
