Sándor Szász (HUN) triumphs in the platinum tour

Today`s daily schedule covered a total of eight competitions. The prominent winners of the day came from four nations: Szabolcs Krucsó (CSI2* bronze tour – 1.20 m), Sencer Can (CSI2* silver tour – 1.30 m), Keith Shore (CSI2* gold tour – 1.35 m) and Sándor Szász (CSI2* platinum tour – 1.40 m), as well as the three German amateur tour winners (big – medium – small) Maximiliane Ruppert, Daniel Welte and Annkathrin Mieling.

For Austria there were to celebrate not less than 12 top ranks. The 24-years-old Christian Rhomberg (V), reached three of them and was best Autrian rider in the CSI2* platinum (1.40m) and gold tour (1.35 m). Some more top places were contributed to the „Austrian wall of honor“ by Monika Niederländer (V) and Bianca Babanitz (NÖ) in the CSI2*gold tour (1.35 m) and by Gerald Beck (B) in the CSI2* bronze tour (1.20 m). Further in the amateur tour there were six more top ranks for Austrian riders (see results).

Tomorrow, Saturday (18.04)., the finals of the competitions for young horses take place and worthy Longines world ranking points can be gathered in the CSI2* diamond tour.
