Mariano Maggi (SWE) on top in world ranking competition
Eight international jumping competitions took place on Saturday at the MAGNA RACINO Spring Tour 2015 – Week II. There were three Youngster Tour finals for 5-, 6- and 7-years old horses, which saw Frantisek Pal (SVK – 5-years old horses – 1,20 m), Hannah Åkerblom (SWE – 6-years old horses – 1,30 m) and Jenny Johnsson (SWE – 7-years old horses – 1,40 m) as lucky winners.
The great winner in the second qualification for the Jacques Lemans Grand Prix (Final Diamond Tour), which will have a height of 1,50 metres and a prize money of EUR 24.500, was Mariano Maggi from Sweden. The CSI3* Gold Tour (1,35 m) winner was Kamil Papousek (CZE).
The three Amateur Tours saw the Austrian Julia Böhm (Small 1,20 m) and further two times (Medium 1,25 , & Large 1,40 m) Christiane Boos (GER) as big winners.
The Austrian show jumpers could reach today in total one victory (Julia Böhm(NÖ) – VIP Tour Small) und 13 top ranks. For example Katharina Rhomberg (V) reached a CSI3* top rank in the Gold Tour (1,35 m), Stefan Eder (S) finished the Youngster Final (7 years old horses – 1,40 m) as sixth and Bianca Babanitz caught rank 7 in one of the Youngster finals (5 years old horses -1,30 m). 10 top ranks in the VIP Tours completed the result.
Tomorrow there will be eight final jumping competitions, four of them CSI3* category. The Final of the Diamond Tour (1,50 m) will take place as Jacques Lemans Grand Prix with a prize money of EUR 30.000.
