Grand Prix victory & other success stories

In the seven-year old’s classes (1.35 m), Eclips and Elroyal remained fault free under Gerfried’s saddle and placed in the final over 1.40 m as well as Dieter’s Lindbergh. Riding his experienced Hanoveranian gelding Golden Gun (by Graf Top), Dieter finished fourth over 1.30 m, third in a 1.45 m competition and third in the Premium Tour Final over 1.35 m. Gerfried and the ten-year old KWPN mare Bo came eleventh in the Premium Tour (1.30 m) and won the final that led over a 1.35 m course. In the Medium Tour (1.40 m), he secured the sixth and 18th place aboard Davey.

Dieter added a fifth and 13th place in the Medium Tour with Stakkata as well as a fifth place with Askaban in the Big Tour (1.45 m) and the fourth place in the Trophy of Wiener Neustadt and the Grand Prix of Wiener Neustadt. Gerfried would have won the latter with the fastest time riding Bionda, one pole down meant the fifth place in the end. The scoresheet was completed by Katrin Pfingstl and Cuela, who finished 19th in the Small Tour (1.25 m).
Meanwhile, Alpenspan-Italo Gianni Govoni participated in the CSI2* Montefalco – Le Lame (ITA) where he won the Grand Prix aboard Winn Winn.
