Right in time for the 100th anniversary of the event, the CSIO Mannheim (GER) which is held from 16 to 19 July is coming up with a real highlight: The Gold Pas de Deux! This was announced on Piaffe’s Facebook Page today.

The unique Pas De Deux will see these two dressage icons of Great Britain and Germany who are Olympic individual gold medalists of 2012 and 1996 respectively, performing together for the first time.
For show director, Peter Hofmann, this is a dream collaboration. “I am very happy that we are able to present the dressage sport in this unique way at the 100th Nations Cup of Germany in show jumping,“ says the President of the organizing Mannheim Riding Club. The Gala Evening matters a great deal to us and we always want to show the horse in all its facets. With this extraordinary Pas de Deux we will offer the spectators a lasting experience, which has never existed before. Once again Mannheim will write equestrian history!“
