Now it is finally clear: the old Reem Acra FEI World Cup™ Champion is the new champion as well! Charlotte Dujardin (GBR) and her faboulos gelding Valegro proofed to be unbeatable during the final in Las Vegas (USA) and performed a downright perfect freestyle with highlights in each and every move. The judges rewarded their ride with lots of tens and an overall score of 94,196 % which meant the victory in the final.
Charlotte and Valegro were in a league of their own as GLOCK Rider Edward Gal (NED) and GLOCK’s Undercover N.O.P. had the second best score with almost ten percent less (84,696 %). Third went to Jessica von Bredow-Werndl (GER) and Unee BB with a score of 80,393 %.
US rider Steffen Peters had to be disqualified from the final. His mount Legolas was bleeding on the side which meant immediate disqualification.
