AustrianRHA Futurity & NRHA Show: The first Go Rounds!

CM  – One of the biggest reining shows in Austria, the Austrian Reining Futurity 2016 started yesterday (24.08.2016) in Wr. Neustadt (NOE) at the WTC HD Schulz. 47 horses and riders startetdin all four levels of the Open Three Year – Aged Event.

Three riders placed first in the first Go Round 3 yo. with a score of 217,0: Austrians Rudi Kronsteiner and the AQHA stallion Shin N Dixie, Italys Markus Schoepfer and the Quarter Horse Stallion Shin N Dixi and the FEI world champion Gennaro Lendi (ITA) and Bluetrashsailor. NRHA Int. Open World Champion Markus Schoepfer (ITA) and B My Sweet Dream (217,0) is ahead in level 3. Klaus Lechner, who had bad luck at the FEI world reining championships in Givrins, and Trashy follow with a score of 216,5 ahead of Austria based trainer Vern Sapergia with HF San Badger.

Vern Sapergia (CAN) and HF San Badger, owned by Iris Larissa Autengruber are ahead at level 1 (215,5).  Bernardo Sarao and the AQHA stallion  A Peppy Cadillac (211,5) is on top of level one after the first Go Round.

World champion Gennaro Lendi showed his class again at the 4 yo Futurity Level 4 Open. He scored 216,5 with Caitana N Glo. Multiple IRHA Futurity Champion Markus Gebert (GER) scored 216,0. Last years Futurity winner Manuel Cortesi (ITA) and the AQHA mare Capitana N Go ended up third.
