A great start for the 2016 NRHA European Affiliate Championship
Press Release NRHA EAC – For the very first time in the history of reining, the National Reining Horse Association
(NRHA) European Affiliate Championship takes place in Poland. Host is Katarzyna Roleska’s Roleski Ranch, a state-of- the-art breeding and training facility located in the beautiful countryside between Krakow – an undisputed architectural gem of Europe – and the dynamic city of Warsaw.
Over 120 horses and riders representing 14 countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and The Netherlands) qualified for the Championship and made their way to Stare Zukowice. A huge success!
Along with the EAC finals, a full-slate of NRHA approved classes are also offered along with the NRHA Snaffle Bit 4-year- old and Under Open and Non Pro. The $500-added NRHA Rookie Professional, sponsored by Skoda Auto Baczek, officially opened the show with Pauliina T Metsa (NED) and Borriquito (Broadway BH x Lotti Vom Letter Berg), owned by Marielle Van Rossum, sliding to first place.
Martina Kolarova (CZE) and LV Magnum Bobby Chic, an 8-year- old gelding by Magnum Chic Dream and out of Miss Bobby Jac Shoot, won the Colonels Shining Gun $200-added NRHA Novice Horse Non Pro Level 2.
Tying for the Colonels Shining Gun $200-added NRHA Novice Horse Open L2 with a 215 score were Adrian Motyka (POL) riding Hollywannashine (Lean With Hollywood x Shining Whiz) for owner Katarzyna Roleska, and Lukas Brucek (CZE) riding GI A Classic Whiz (Remin Whiz x A Classic Dun It) for owner Kelly Deelen.
