German Camargo and Centurio Ride to Victory in $5,000 Open Stake at ESP Summer III

PalmBeachInternationalEquestrianCenter_PBIECPress release – The Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP) Summer Series continued this past weekend featuring competition at ESP Summer II (August 26 – August 28), which was held at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC). The ESP Summer Series will continue through Sunday, October 2, offering six weeks of hunter and jumper opportunities for competitors of both disciplines.

German Camargo of Loxahatchee, FL, and his own Centurio took top honors in the $5,000 Open Stake, while Javier Guerra of Key Biscayne, FL, and his own Saphir du Bois earned a second place finish. Roberto Daza of Wellington, FL, and his own Biscayo collected a third place finish in the class.

Emma Butchard of Wellington, FL, and her own I Am Picobello took the divisional championship in the Child/Adult Jumper Division presented by Accuhorsemat, while Cynthia Screnci of Boca Raton, FL, and her own Vichy rode to the reserve.

The USEF Level 6 Jumper division, which ran throughout the weekend, saw a three-way tie for champion honors, thanks in part to the efforts of Roberto Daza of Wellington, FL, and Bolero, owned by Santana Stables, LLC, alongside Andres Soto of West Palm Beach, FL, and Maria Z, owned by Isabel Sanchez. John Giza of Lake Mary, FL , and his own Voleti also were included in the three-way tie.

Juliet Johansson of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and her own Viva’s Roxanna W found themselves atop the leaderboard after amassing a first and second place finish in the Low Adult Jumper Division presented by Tuffrider & Equine Couture.

Sofia Carbone of Wellington, FL, and her own Duncan earned the victory in the Low Children’s Jumper Division presented by Tuffrider/Equine Couture, after earning two third place finishes and also securing a blue rosette. Kristen Bean of Pembrke, BE, and Frenkel B, owned by Morgane Qualls, followed behind Carbone to take reserve champion honors.

The Low Junior/Amateur Owner Jumper Division saw Sarah Warden of Sherborn, MA, and Carneyhaugh TT rise to the top of the leaderboard to secure two first place finishes. Peyton Utset of Boca Raton, FL, and Apple Jack 12, owned by Cloud Nine, LLC, finished with reserve honors.

Melanie Markham of Orlando, FL, and her own Diesel won the Training Jumper Division presented by Nutrena®, while Juliet Johansson of Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Roxanna W, continued their successful weekend, capturing the division’s reserve champion title.

Olivia Sweetnam of Wellington, FL, and Long Story Short, owned by Sweet Oak Farm, earned a well-deserved victory in the $500 Pony Classic presented by Charles Moorcroft Inc. with a two round score of 159. Caia Watridge of St. Augustine, FL, and Mystery Mayhem, owned by Richard Cunkle, finished in second place with a total score of 148, while Watridge also collected third place aboard her own Heavens to Betsy, with a score of 142.

Jillian Briggs of Wellington, FL, and Roc du Triomphe, owned by Barry Carragher, rode to victory in the Low Working Hunter Division, followed by Francesca Moore Royal Palm Beach, FL, and Rather Clever, owned by Staci Rosner-McKesson, took second place. Jason Clukey of Boca Raton, FL, and Klooney, owned by Lisa Petersen, rounded out the top three finishers.

The Children’s Hunter presented by UHealth Ear Institute was championed Victoria Herran of Miami, FL, and her own Con-Grande, owned CPS Equest LLC, while Alexys Mead of Plantation, FL, and her own Donatalla captured reserve champion.

Haley Farber of Boca Raton, FL, and Let’s Dance, owned by Kelly Jones, championed the Low Child/Adult Hunter Division after earning top placings in each of the divisions five classes. Esther Cusnir of Davie, FL, and Weak Moment, owned by Marianne Pack, took the reserve champion honors.

Riley McKesson of Loxahatchee, FL, and Libby Lou Who, owned by Mary Mazzarella, rose to the top of the leaderboard and in the Children’s Pony Division presented by The Wanderer’s Club, while Texie Loyd of Windermere, FL, and her own Jumpin‘ Jack Flash finished with the reserve championship.
