Top placings and a Grand Prix victory for the „(Wo)Men in Green“

Forza Italia!
With his usual aplomb, Italian team rider Gianni Govoni presented his horses at the national show in Manerbio (ITA). New arrival Intrigo R.S., a seven-year old gelding by Indorado, ended up in seventh place in the 1.35 m competiton against the clock on Friday. With Bobolensky, he was awarded a fourth place in the two-phase competition over 1.40 m. Rank nine was the final result for him and For Pleasure offspring E.Laoise in the 1.30 m competition on Saturday. On top of that, the „Master of Faster“ cruised Devlin K in the 1.40m competition to victory. On this weekend, two more times Gianni had to climb the winner’s podium: he finished third in both the Piccolo Grand Prix (1.40 m) with Devlin K and the Grand Prix (1.50 m) with Bobolensky.

300 kilometers further South, Alessia launched an attack on the show grounds in San Giovanni in Marignano (ITA). Rank ten with Larissa della Verdina in the 1.30 competition on Friday, rank four in the two-phase competition (1.20m) with the six-year old Kampari-K van’t Kattenheye on Saturday and a clear round with Toscanini Malpic on Sunday over 1.25 m were the great results. As if that wasn’t enough, her top horse showed already a great performance in the 1.35 m competition with a nineth place but was on top of his game with a victory in the Piccolo Grand Prix over 1.45 m on Sunday.
Unbeatable combination – Katrin and Gerfried show a great game
Katrin Pfingstl and her partner Gerfried Puck are an unbeatable combination – both privately and professionally. Both native Carinthians (AUT) performed extraordinary well at the national show CSN-B in Wiener Neustadt (Lower Austria, AUT) with eight placings during the three-day event. Katrin successfully presented her six-year old KWPN stallion Fair Bluff (by Baltic VDL) in the young horses tests and showed clear rounds on Friday and Saturday over 1.15 m. Lucky number 13 was the result for winsome Katrin aboard her eight-year old Dokio in a field of 90 entries in the L competition over 1.20 m. Her experienced mare Cuela was awarded two placings in the LM competition on Friday (1.25m) and Saturday (1.30 m).
Gerfried showed results in no way inferior to Kathrin’s: rank four in the two-phase M (1.40m) on Friday with his BWP mare J’Adore Du Paly and rank seven (1.30 m) and five (1.40 m) aboard the seven-year old Numero Uno offspring Elroyal.
