Martin Fuchs and Cynar at CSI5* Chantilly 2015
The Youth Olympic Champion of 2010 wrote the following statements:
Picsou new under Eva Ursin’s saddle
Our twelve year old Picsou du Chene was bought by Francois Leiser and will be competed by Eva Ursin in the future.
The french bred gelding will be a good teacher for Eva and help her to reach her goals.
With Picsou I won the World Cup competitions in Paris and Villach and was also victorious in Giubiasco with my girlfriend Anna-Julia Kontio. That was when he caught the attention of his new owners who realised that he could be a good fit for Eva. „Picsi“ has a great character and has been one of our favourite horses that we will never forget.
We wish Eva and Picsi all the best for the upcoming years and are looking forward to seeing Picsou in competition.
Cynar goes to Stal Tops
My eight year old exceptional horse Cynar has been sold to Stal Tops. It was a difficult decision to sell Cynar but I am sure that he will make his way as a future championship horse.
Despite his young age we already had some good results up to 1.55 m classes and finished our first 5* Grand Prix in Barcelona with just one unlucky fault. He was my second prospect for the Olympic Games in Rio 2016 besides Clooney.
Cynar is one of the best horses I ever rode and has a great character. When he came to our stables as a six year old we quickly realized that he is something special. Cynar delivered one clear round after another and learned more at every competition.
I wish my lovely Cynar good luck and hope to see him again at a show very soon.
Of course Martin Fuchs still has some top-notch horses lined up like Clooney, Coriano Carthago, Conte Della Caccia or the six year old mare Chica B Z that he bought just recently.
