Exactly one week ago it was announced that the ten year old Toulago is going to move from his previous rider Pius Schwizer (SUI) to Roger-Yves Bost (FRA).
“Karin called me on Tuesday and asked if I wanted to ride Toulago. He arrived at my stables the next day. I am happy and proud”, said Bosty. He was going to ride Toulago in Le Touquet for the first time and later in La Baule and Aachen.
But now things are different. The Stephex Group sent out a press release which said that they invested in the gelding by Toulon x Carthago for Daniel Deusser (GER). The Stephex Group and the owner’s of Toulago, family Haber, want Daniel to ride Toulago at the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
