Great news about the health condition of William Fox-Pitt (GBR)! The eventing rider had a terrifble fall during the FEI World Breeding Eventing Championships for Young Horses in Le Lion d’Angers (FRA) and suffered from a head trauma (read the article) after which he was sedated and under constant observation.
Equestrian Team Great Britain announced today that William has made progress over the weekend; today he is conscious, breathing on his ownand communicating with his family and doctors, however he is still very ill.
He and his family are very grateful for all the support and messages, it is hugely appreciated.
Further progress is going to take time, so please continue to respect the family’s privacy.
