Very sad news from America: Karen Stives died because of lung cancer. The eventing rider won team gold and individual silver at the Olympic Games 1984 in Los Angeles. In 1990 she retirement from the international competitions and became a FEI judge and USET Selction Committee member.
Karen really love the equestrian sport so much. Last year she spend $1 million for the USET Foundation, which helped U.S. talent achieve success and exposure on the world stage.
